Cleaner is Better!

Helping our body rid toxins is doing it a great favor! A cleanse should be gentle. No staying home from work or other big change in your schedule.

Here’s feedback from a couple who recently went through a week long cleanse with us:

 “ I recently did a week long cleanse and lost 8 pounds. I felt less bloated, too. The first two days were the hardest, but after that I no longer had sugary cravings (I still don’t want sweets) I was able to go all 7 days with no protein, which I’ve never been able to do before. I have rosacea and my skin looks healthier post cleanse.

I feel so much better in general. I crave healthy foods. I actually have hope I can lose weight now, The fact that I finished the cleanse and didn’t cheat at all really helps me have a positive attitude about it.
