Keeping Our Children Healthy!

We want to keep our children healthy!  A sick child is not fun for anyone between making up homework, missing work days and seeing them be miserable.

School lunch are not always the most nutritious. You can save money and do something more health conscious.

By spending a little time at home to pack a healthy lunch with raw, organic fruit, organic veggies and meat you can put a lunch together that’s good to grow a healthy body.  The old fashioned thermos is great for keeping soups and stews warm.  Children can be trained to help as part of bedtime/morning routine.

Make sure they’re getting what they need by adding a few supplements, loaded with a comprehensive assortment of essential vitamins and minerals and fill in any gaps. There are good children’s products that will do the job well.

Adding items like vitamins C, D and the mineral zinc support immune health and can be tasty and fun!
